The old Castle and the old village can be considered as the hart of this little country: Civitella.
Today the old fortress is a ruin but out of the castle you can visit Santa Maria del Borgo Church, where in its inner there is a very interesting stone stoup.
An other interesting building is the shrine of Madonna della Suasia for the its renaissance architecture typical of Toscana.
Not far from here you can also visit Civorio and Cusercoli : here the old caslte and the ruins of S.M. in Gloria Voltre are the most interesting turist attractions.
      A typical festival is the Civitella Carnival , every Febrary, and the festifal of Tartufle. Duriring this last festival you can taste not only tartufle but also many other undergrowth fruits.
